Our team
Our head chef, Anthony Le Marquis, originally from Portais, who has been with us for many years, and his team, offer you home-cooked meals made with fresh, local produce, including fish and shellfish sourced directly from the day’s catch.
You’ll find classic seafood dishes such as ‘Matelote de la mer’, a speciality from Le Port, skate wing with Normandy-style cream sauce, and our traditional seafood platter. Meat dishes such as Angus beef and vegetarian options, including vegetable tarte tatin, are also available.
