Our Chef

Our Chef, Anthony Le Marquis, a native of Portais who has worked with us for many years, will be serving you home-cooked cuisine, using fresh, local produce and fish and shellfish straight from the day's catch. 

You'll find some of the great specialities for which our restaurant is famous, such as Matelote de la mer, a Port speciality, skate with Normandy cream, sole meunière and our traditional seafood platter. For the purists, we also offer a selection of meat dishes: entrecôte, beef tartar, veal chop, etc.
