Our team
Our head chef, Anthony Le Marquis, originally from Portais, and his team offer home-cooked meals made with fresh, local produce, including fish and shellfish sourced directly from the day’s catch.
You’ll find classic seafood dishes such as ‘Matelote de la mer’, a speciality from Le Port, skate wing in Normandy-style cream sauce, and our traditional seafood platter. Meat dishes such as braised beef cheek and vegetarian options like the squash tart are also available.
